Roses hold many meanings. The problem I have seen with metal rose sculptures is that they are often disproportionate, are far from realistic, and the metal used for the petals and leaves are extremely thick. This is my attempt at remedying all those issues for my own amusement. This rose is made from MIG welding 28 gauge steel ( less than one millimeter thick ) which many professional welders say is impossible. I disagree. I then hammer the steel even thinner before i weld the components. My timeless roses weigh about as much as a natural rose.. Not to mention mine will never wilt or die.
